Lost or Missing Parcels
Please note that once an order is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for its delivery lies with the courier company. While we do our best to work with reliable shipping partners, Organic Beauty Transformation is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.
If your parcel appears to be lost or undelivered, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking number to initiate an investigation. We are happy to provide any supporting documentation (e.g., tracking confirmation, dispatch proof) to assist with your claim.
Customs and International Orders
For international deliveries, customs processes and import duties vary from country to country. Occasionally, parcels may be held or delayed by customs due to local clearance regulations or additional documentation requirements.

If a parcel is refused or cannot be released due to customs issues, Organic Beauty Transformation will not be responsible for the loss, delay, or any additional charges incurred. We do not offer refunds for items returned or abandoned due to customs complications. We encourage all international customers to check with their local customs office before placing an order.
Damage or Leakage Claims
We take product quality seriously and want to ensure your experience is positive. If you receive an item that is damaged or has leaked during transit, you may be eligible for a claim. However, to process this, we require clear evidence.
Please ensure you take a video while unboxing the parcel — this is essential for any damage or leakage claims. Claims must include:
– The unboxing video (before the package is opened)
– Photos showing the damage or leakage
– A clear mention of the quantity affected
Without proper evidence, we are unable to process or validate any claims.
